JANUARY: holidays and days before holidays until January 7 2024;

FEBRUARY: closed

MARCH, APRIL, MAY, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER: 
Saturday and Sunday and holidays;

JUNE AND SEPTEMBER:  Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday and holidays;
JULY AND AUGUST:  everyday of the week;
 

Guided tours in Italian (with a foreign language printed guide) included in the entrance ticket with departure at: 10.00 AM, 11.00 AM, 12.00 AM; 02.00 PM, 03.00 PM, 04.00 PM, 05.00 PM*


* start of the last guided tour (it is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the tour).

€2 admission ticket for temporary exhibitions only 

Free of charge (children aged (0 – 6), people suffering from severe motor and cognitive disabilities (RESERVATION IS ALWAYS REQUIRED), teachers as group leaders of visiting school groups (n°2 for each 20 students), group leaders of summer camps (n°2 for each 20 children), journalists/bloggers by prior agreement with the Castle secretariat)

PAY ATTENTION

Compiano historic centre is a pedestrian area, residents excluded. So no cars are allowed to access to the Castle; hotel-relais guests and visitors to its museums will be allowed to use the free parking (also for the coaches), situated at 400 m about along SP66, in Piazzale Ilaria Alpi, where there is also a public toilet.

ACCESSIBILITY

The museum collections, the hotel and the restaurant are partially accessible to disabled people, thanks to a  cobbled slop and a lift. A bedroom with a suitable bathroom is available for them at the hotel.

 

Compiano Castle is dog-friendly! Bring with you your pets as long as they are equipped with their leashes!
